- Cupping Therapy This cupping massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscles and connective tissues. It is ideal for those who suffer from chronic pain or have sustained physical injury.
- Hot Stone Massage Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles. 
- Trigger Point Therapy   technique that targets specific areas of tight muscle fibers, known as trigger points, which can cause pain in other parts of the body (referred pain). These trigger points are often formed due to muscle overuse, injury, or stress.
